Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up RockL's request. Lord, we ask that You help us not to fear the future but to embrace it with faith and confidence. Your Word reminds us in Jeremiah 29:11 that You have plans to prosper us and not to harm us, plans to give us hope and a future. Help us to trust in Your promises and to walk boldly in the path You have set before us.
Grant us the peace that surpasses all understanding, as mentioned in Philippians 4:6-7, and let us cast all our anxieties on You because You care for us . May we always remember that You are with us, guiding and protecting us, just as You were with Joshua when You said, "Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go" .
Lord, increase our faith and help us to keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith . Let us embrace the future with positive results, knowing that You are in control and that Your plans for us are good.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
