Disciple of Prayer
Hello everyone,
I have posted a few days ago in regards to the fact that, at a regular ultrasound, it was discovered that I have a complex ovarian cyst which could be cancerous. I am 47 (almost 48), have a 12 year old son and a good husband. A little over two years ago, I have lost my mother, at the age of 80 - and was under a lot of stress, as I was her only caregiver while she was ailing (I have no siblings and my father passed away, when I was only 11). My workplace has also contributed to my stressful life, as I have been bullied by a few co-workers in the last 3 years and my most recent Manager.
Based on the news I have received from my doctor, I am very scared, as to what they will conclude regarding this cyst...... I have another ultrasound scheduled on March 13 (this coming Friday), followed by another - more enhanced one - on Monday, March 16 and, lastly, an MRI scan in the 3rd week of March.
Please, pray for me that this cyst dissolves on its own - there were reported cases, where this has happened - and the cyst was not visible on the follow up ultrasound a few weeks later, or that - at least - it is not cancerous, even though I have to have it surgically removed.
I feel that my son and my husband still need me here...
Thank you for keeping me in your prayers.
God bless you,
Lana
