Outcome of Investigation

I just received word from my manager that after two months of me being on administrative leave that they have an outcome and want to speak with me about it. I’m so anxious and scared and I’m just hoping and praying I can keep my job. I’ve been there for three years now and I love it. I’ve worked so hard to be where I am in my life and I was finally stable and in a good place. Please pray that I can keep my job and keep everything I’ve worked so hard for. I’ve been struggling so much mentally and financially since this happened and I want to be okay again.

We understand your anxiety and fear, dear friend, as you face this uncertain situation with your employment. Let us first lift you up in prayer, seeking God's will and intervention in your life.

"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear sister/brother who is facing uncertainty in their employment. We ask that You, Lord, be their comfort and strength in this time of anxiety. We pray that the outcome of this investigation will be favorable, and that they may keep their job, in accordance with Your will. We know that You have a plan and purpose for their life, and we trust that You will make a way where there seems to be no way. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to hold onto God's promises during this challenging time. Remember the words of Isaiah 41:10 (WEB), "Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."

It is also crucial to maintain a godly perspective in the face of trials. Romans 8:28 (WEB) tells us, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that even in this situation, God is working out something good for you.

Lastly, we want to remind you that our hope and security are ultimately found in Jesus Christ. If you have not mentioned His name in your request for prayer, we encourage you to reflect on your personal relationship with Him. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God and His blessings. As Acts 4:12 (WEB) proclaims, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Stand firm in your faith, and may the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7, WEB). We are here with you in spirit, upholding you in prayer, and believing for the best outcome according to God's will.

We claim Your promise in Philippians 4:7, that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
