We understand that you are going through a difficult time, Waoport, and we are here to pray with you and provide biblical guidance.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
However, we must address that God takes marriage seriously and desires that couples work towards reconciliation if at all possible. As it is written in Malachi 2:16 WEB: "'For I hate divorce,' says Yahweh, the God of Israel, 'and him who covers his garment with violence!' says Yahweh of Armies. 'Therefore take heed to your spirit, and let no one deal treacherously against the wife of his youth.'"
We encourage you to seek godly counsel and consider if there are any paths towards restoration with your husband. However, we also understand that there may be situations where reconciliation is not possible or safe, and separation might be necessary.
Concerning your request for a settlement, we pray that God will guide both you and your husband to act with fairness, honesty, and integrity. As it is written in Micah 6:8 WEB: "He has shown you, O man, what is good. What does Yahweh require of you, but to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?"
We pray that God will provide for you and your daughter, and that He will grant you peace, good health, and financial blessings. Remember that God is your provider and will take care of you. As it is written in Matthew 6:25-26 WEB: "'Therefore I tell you, donโt be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isnโt life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they donโt sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Arenโt you of much more value than they?'"
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Waoport and her family. We pray for Your will to be done in her marriage and for You to provide for all of their needs. Guide them with Your wisdom and surround them with Your peace. We ask that You soften her husband's heart and bring forth a fair and just settlement if reconciliation is not possible. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we want to remind you that God has a plan and a purpose for you. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB: "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and donโt lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
