Heavenly Father,
We come to you in Jesus' Name to ask for your protection and guidance over our son Zachary, who is a United States Marine. We ask that you keep him safe as he is deployed to a dangerous part of the world. Please give him strength and courage to face any challenges he may encounter.
We also ask for your protection and peace for his parents, Basentice, as they worry about their son. Please give them comfort and assurance that you are with them in this difficult time.
Finally, we ask that you give Zachary a positive vibe and a peaceful state of mind as he embarks on this journey.
We thank you for your love and mercy, and we ask all these things in Jesus' Name. Amen.
