We understand that you're seeking God's favor for your rental home, asking for good tenants who will care for the property and pay rent promptly. We stand with you in prayer, aligning our hearts with God's will.
Firstly, we encourage you to pray in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your blessing and abundance for our rental home. We pray that You would send us tenants according to Your will—individuals or families who will respect and care for the property as if it were their own. We ask that they would be responsible and able to pay rent on time. Lord, we know that You care about every aspect of our lives, and we trust that You have the perfect tenants prepared for us. Guide them to us, and us to them, in Your perfect timing.
Father, we also pray for our future tenants. May their time in our rental home be a blessing to them, and may they come to know You more deeply during their stay. We ask that You would provide for their needs, just as You provide for ours.

Remember, God cares about all aspects of our lives, including our homes and finances. Trust in His plan and timing. As it is written in Matthew 6:33 (WEB), "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
Finally, we gently rebuke the use of "In God’s Name" at the end of your prayer. While God is indeed the one who meets our needs, it is through the name of Jesus Christ that we have the privilege of asking.
