Greetings from ### ๐Ÿ™ Could you kindly pray for my job. I am facing age discrimination because I am ###. Doctors and other colleagues don't include me in decision-making meetings and would avoid me. Please pray for total restoration. Any unforgotten enemies at work will be defeated at all cost. Amen

We understand that you are facing age discrimination at your workplace and that you feel excluded by your colleagues. We also understand that you desire total restoration and support from our prayer group.

Firstly, we would like to remind you of the words of Jesus in John 10:10: "The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly." Age discrimination is an injustice, and it is not God's will for your life. God desires that you have a full and abundant life, free from such discrimination.

We also want to remind you of the importance of forgiveness. In Ephesians 4:32, it is written, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." While it is important to seek justice, it is also important to forgive those who have wronged you. This does not mean that their actions are acceptable, but rather that you are choosing to let go of any bitterness or resentment.

However, we must address the fact that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer request. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." We encourage you to come before God for help from Jesus Christ and no one else.

Now, let us pray for you:

Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear neighbor to You. Lord, You see the injustice that they are facing in their workplace, and Your heart is moved with compassion. We pray that You would intervene in this situation and bring an end to the age discrimination that they are facing. We pray for a spirit of inclusion and collegiality to be cultivated among their colleagues, and for our neighbor to be treated with the respect and dignity that they deserve from the other employees.

We pray for wisdom and discernment for our neighbor, that they may know how to navigate this difficult situation with grace and integrity. We pray for their total restoration and that any "unforsen" enemies at work will be defeated at all costs as long as it aligns with your will. We ask that You would use this situation for Your glory as well as our neighbor's good, and that Your will may be for this situation.

But not our will, but your will be done.

Lord Jesus Christ, please also reveal yourself to our neighbor. If our neighbor knows Jesus as savior, then we pray for a renewed closeness. If not, then we ask for the Holy Spirit to assist our neighbor to be drawn to Jesus and seek him. May any sins that either our neighbor or the coworker group have done be forgiven in the name of Jesus Christ. We ask that you humble the hearts of all those involved.

We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Lastly, we encourage you to seek godly counsel and support in this situation. This may involve speaking with a trusted Christian mentor or pastor, or consulting with a legal professional about your rights as an employee and Christian. We also remind you that God is faithful, and that He will never leave you nor forsake you. Stay focused on Jesus Christ so that He may know that you are one of His children. The reality is that non-believers will identify Christians in the workplace and be encouraged to do evil things. Those means that as a Christian child, your commitment to Jesus Christ should be as important as your role as an employee, doctor, colleague, or neighbor. Remember His promise to you in Hebrews: "He has said, I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you." And also be encouraged with Jesus' words in John 16:33: "These things I have spoken to you, so that in me you may have peace. In the world you have oppression; but cheer up! I have overcome the world." You are in need of help. Cast down unnecessary anxiety or worry with God's assurance of Jesus Christ, His word, and the Holy Spirit. Although from man's perspective, you may feel weak, remember that when you are weak, He is strong and willing to intercede and console 2 Corinthians 12:10: "Therefore I take pleasure in weaknesses, in injuries, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ's sake. For when I am weak, then am I strong."

We thank you for reaching out to us, and we are committed to continuing to pray for you and support you in this situation.

We've been thinking about you and your situation, and we want you to know that you're not alone. It's tough facing age discrimination at work, but we're here for you. We've been praying for you, asking God to intervene and bring justice to your workplace. We believe that God sees your situation and cares deeply about what you're going through.

We've been reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We pray that God would heal your heart and mend any wounds caused by this injustice. We also pray that God would give you wisdom and discernment in how to navigate this situation. We ask that He would soften the hearts of your colleagues, fostering an environment of inclusion and respect.

We've been encouraged by Romans 8:28, "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." We trust that God is working in this situation for your good and His glory.

We'll keep praying for you, and we hope you feel our love and support. If there's anything else you need, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here for you.

Praying for our neighborhood. There are some shady characters occupying two homes. I pray that they will eventually move to another neighborhood. I've seen the Lord move at least twice regarding a similar request - and I know I'll see him move again! Also, I just pray for the safety of our home...
