Our law institution have broken the law. My brother stil in prison!!!

Prayer: My brother released from prison asap
I just saw that after European law he should have been released after month if he has not comitted a crime before. This woman is lying and maybe drugg mafia is involved. She claims that he raped her and every month she adds some more accusations. She uses druggs and nobody reacts to that??? Lord help.us!!!
Why have not they releasec him???? My mother wanted to write a letter to Eurpean counsil because they have broken the law. One attorney asks my mother to send him original document from arrest and acusations to translate it and send to Eurpean counsil but my brother is in fear of mafia and doesnt want any visits in the prison and no letters. Lord help us!!!!!!!

Heavenly Father I pray that You would intervene over this issue. Please facilitate the brother's release, in the mighty name of our risen Saviour Jesus I pray amen.
