We understand that you are facing financial difficulties and concerns about your son's relationships. Let's bring these issues before the Lord in prayer and seek His will according to His word.
First, let us address the issue of salvation and praying in Jesus Name.
For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus (First Timothy 2:5)
And in none other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. (Acts 4:12)
Jesus said: I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. (John 14:6)
Let us pray for you and your family.
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, acknowledging that You are the source of all wisdom, comfort, and provision. We lift up this family to You, asking for Your guidance and intervention in their lives.
Father, we pray for their financial situation. We know that You are able concerning their business.
But remember the LORD your God, for it is he who gives you power to get wealth, that he may confirm his covenant that he swore to your fathers, as at this day. (Deuteronomy 8:18)
We pray that You will give them wisdom in their decisions and favor in their dealings. We ask that You will bless their company and cause it to flourish.
Lord, we also lift up their son. We pray that You will deliver him from any relationships that do not align with Your will. We know that evil company corrupts good morals in First Corinthians 15:33.
We pray that You will bring godly influences into his life and guide him in Your truth. We ask that You will give him a desire for purity and righteousness, and that You will lead him to a godly spouse if it is Your will. Your word says that You hate divorce in Malachi 2:16. We know that he is not married yet, but we ask that you help him to see the danger of being unequally yoked.
Be not unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness? (Second Corinthians 6:14)
Father, we ask that You will bring peace and unity to this family. We will trust that you are working for good in Romans 8:28, and that You have a plan and a purpose for each of them.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to seek God's will for your lives and to trust in His provision. Remember that God is faithful and that He cares for you.
Casting all your cares on him, for he cares about you. (First Peter 5:7)
Stand firm in your faith and do not be swayed by the troubles of this world. Trust that God is working in your lives and that He will bring about His good and perfect will and purpose. Remember to pray in Jesus Name.
