Heavenly Father,
In Jesus Name, we come to You today with heavy hearts. We ask that You would provide comfort and peace to the 1000 people who have lost their jobs due to our company's decision to continue operations in one of the cities where we work. Please give them strength and courage to face this difficult time, and provide them with the resources they need to find new employment.
We also ask that You would provide us with wisdom and guidance as we navigate this difficult situation. Please give us the strength to support our coworkers and their families and to help them through this challenging time.
We thank You for Your grace and mercy, and we ask these things in Jesus Name. Amen.
