Our ### building is being renovated by new owners, who are planning on raising the rent and forcing us to move out temporarily for the renovation. All of this is pending ###'s response to their request. Pray that the requests are not granted, and that God shelters and protects all the tenants of this building from any and all evil intent, based on corruption and greed. Thank you.

Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of ### and all the tenants of the ### building facing renovation and potential rent increases. We lift up this situation to you, knowing that you are the ultimate provider and protector of your children.

Lord, we ask that you intervene in this matter and touch the hearts of the new owners. We pray that their request to raise the rent and force the tenants to move out temporarily for renovation would not be granted by HUD. We ask for your divine intervention to prevent any unjust actions based on corruption and greed.

Father, we trust in your justice and righteousness. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 37:5, "Commit your way to the LORD; trust in him, and he will act." We commit this situation into your hands, knowing that you are able to bring about a just resolution.

We pray for your shelter and protection over all the tenants of this building. Shield them from any harm or evil intent. Surround them with your angels and grant them peace amidst uncertainty. Help them to find comfort and strength in you during this challenging time.

Lord, we also pray for unity among the tenants. May they come together in support and encouragement, standing firm in their rights and advocating for fairness. Give them wisdom and guidance as they navigate through this situation.

We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness. We trust that you will work all things together for the good of those who love you. May your will be done in this situation, and may your name be glorified.
