Opening a garage sale for Jesus.

So many needy people are all around us. What should we do for them? How should we help them with the blessings God has given to us?

Someone who is poor.
They have come to our door.
How should we treat them?
What Jesus would do for they?
They demand a lot of care.
They want to be helped.
They need attention from God.
They are in state of poverty.
Need something to eat.
Some place to live.
Someone to will come to help.

I was hungry and you gave me something to eat. I was thristy and your gave me something to drink. I was stranger and you invite me in.

Garage sales have many names, it depends where you live. Yard sale, rummage sale, tag sale, lawn sale, attic sale moving sale, thrift sale. This is an informal, irregular sale of items that you are not using or will not use it anymore. Children got married and left the house and their belogings need to be sold. Moving away from the neighborhood, items not needed needs to be sold. Sell everything and give it all to Jesus. Feeding the hungry is a wonderful way to help others.

This is a good idea or suggestion. There are many people worldwide who have found themselves in extremely difficulty situation because of circumstances in which they have no control.People who have enough and also to spare could do this as a work of charity.
There are some benevolent organizations which do this on a National or International level.But ,local church groups could do this as a way of helping others in their local community.I am thinking of the stody Jesus told about the rich man who feasted sumptuously and was clothed in purole linen and fine clothing who disregarded the plea if a man in need.While many people are living in luxury there are others who live one day at a time. Those who find themselves in positions where thet do not suffer lack, or are free from want should say when looking at a person who is at the poverty line "There goes I except for the mercy of God!"
The scripture tells us that the poor we will have with us always.
But Jesus the great teacher saidthat the least you have done to one of these ,you have done it unto me..In The Book of Acts,the early Christians shared what they had so that everyone had in common.Nowadays there is a hype going on even in the churches ,or competition about eho can eear the latest fashion, or the .ore expensive clothing , or name brand.Some people are in competitions and how old it is.
Let us evaluate our performances and try to make amends.

This is really a wonderful way to obey the word of the Lord. Helping those in need and sharing Jesus with them and showing the way to heaven. Jesus will be so happy to see us doing what He told us to do. Yes, let us all live in the holy presence of the King of kings and the Lord of lords. Bow down before Him and thank Him for all the blessings He has given to you.
