Athemoras, we join you in your prayer to have your spiritual eyes and ears opened, and to hear from the Lord audibly. We stand with you in seeking a deeper and more intimate relationship with God. As it is written in Proverbs 2:1-5 (WEB), "Yes, if you call out for discernment, and lift up your voice for understanding... then you will understand the fear of Yahweh, and find the knowledge of God."
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking that You open Athemoras' spiritual eyes and ears. Help them to perceive Your will and hear Your voice clearly. Lord, You said in Jeremiah 33:3 (WEB), 'Call to me, and I will answer you, and will show you great and hidden things that you have not known.' We claim this promise for Athemoras, that they may know Your heart and Your will. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, and grant them wisdom, discernment, and a deeper understanding of Your Word. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord with all your heart. He promises in Deuteronomy 4:29 (WEB), "But if from there you will seek Yahweh your God, you shall find him, if you seek him with all your heart and with all your soul."
As you journey in your faith, remember to test the spirits, for not every voice or revelation is from the Lord. As 1 John 4:1 (WEB) tells us, "Beloved, don't believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world." Keep your focus on Jesus Christ and His teachings, and you will grow in your ability to discern His voice.
Lastly, we want to ensure you understand the importance of Jesus Christ in our prayers and relationship with God. It is through His name that we have access to the Father, as He is the mediator between God and man. As it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" If you have any questions or doubts about this, we encourage you to explore the teachings of Jesus in the New Testament and seek a personal relationship with Him.
