We join you, Missy77, in lifting up Gracie to the Lord, praying that His light pierces through the darkness she is currently experiencing. Let us stand on the promises of God's Word, which tells us in 1 Peter 2:9, "But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, that you may proclaim the excellence of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light."
We pray together:
"Father, in Jesus' name, we ask that You open Gracie's heart, spirit, and eyes to You. Surround her with Your holy angels, guiding and protecting her, drawing her back to Your presence, Your Word, and Your church. We rebuke the darkness that has taken hold of her, and we claim the promise in Isaiah 9:2, 'The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light. Those who lived in the land of the shadow of death, on them the light has shined.'
Lord, fill Gracie's life with Christ-filled people who will encourage and uplift her. Give her the wisdom and strength to remain in her job, where she is surrounded by believers who can support her journey back to You. Remove all hindrances that keep her from seeking You wholeheartedly.
We thank You, Lord, for Your unfailing love and mercy. We trust that You are at work in Gracie's life, drawing her back to You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Missy77, continue to trust in the power of prayer and the Lord's faithfulness. Be encouraged by the words of James 5:16, "The effective, earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results." Keep praying, and remember that it is through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father and are saved (John 14:6, Acts 4:12).
