Open doors: need a replacement to move up

Aloha, my job was to give me a promotion but they want me to find someone to fill my place. I asked for the right individuals to come along and take my place. I would really like it to be my son or a past coworker, but I’m very open And know God knows best. He will also ask for confidence in learning the new position and that I’d be able to do learn a lot and hit the ground running. My products save people about 40% on the utility bill and exempt them from inflation with no price increases. Thank you in the name of Jesus
