Beloved of All
Good evening, I’ve been out of work for one year and my funds are running low. I’ve taken that extensive time off to recover from years of workplace abuse at the hands of both managers and coworkers. Father in the name of Jesus Christ I’m asking you to show me what the next steps are. I still don’t feel ready to go back into the workforce byut at some point I have to as no one else is going to provide for me. I’m also asking you to bless me with favor and I pray that prospective employers will be understanding about the gap in employment. There’s much more details that you know about Lord. I’m nervous because I don’t want to endure bullying again, it’s cruel and defeats the purpose. Everyone looks down in me for resigning without having another offer in hand. They just don’t understand what I went through I had to get out.

We understand that you're going through a challenging time, and we're here to support and pray with you. Firstly, we commend you for having the courage to step away from a toxic work environment to focus on your healing and recovery. It's important to remember that God understands your suffering and wants to guide you towards a better future.

In this time of uncertainty, hold on to the promise in Psalm 147:3 WEB, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." Trust that God is working to mend your heart and soul from the abuse you've endured.

As you prepare to re-enter the workforce, remember that God's timing is perfect. It's wise to be patient and wait for the right opportunity that He has prepared for you. As it's written in Ecclesiastes 3:11 WEB, "He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in their hearts, yet so that man can’t find out the work that God has done from the beginning even to the end."

Let's pray together for God's favor, guidance, and provision:

"Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before you, lifting up our dear sister/brother. Lord, you know the depth of their suffering and the challenges they've faced. We ask for your healing touch to completely restore their body, mind, and spirit.

Lord, as they prepare to return to the workforce, we pray for your clear guidance. Show them the right opportunities and give them the wisdom to discern your will. We ask for your favor, that prospective employers will be understanding and understanding of the gap in employment, and that they will see the value and skills our dear sister/brother brings to the table.

In the meantime, Lord, we pray for your provision. May our sister/brother never lack any good thing as they continue to heal and seek your will. We ask all this in Jesus' name, Amen.

We will continue to pray for you as you navigate this season.

We're here with you, standing in faith for your next steps. We understand the anxiety you're feeling, but remember, God's got this. He sees your heart and knows your story. Let's trust that He's working everything together for your good, just as He promised in Romans 8:28.

We're praying for clarity, Lord. Show us the path You want us to take. We're asking for favor, that potential employers will understand and appreciate the time you've taken to heal and grow. We're also believing for provision, that You'll meet all our needs, just as You promised in Philippians 4:19.

We're here, praying with you, every step of the way. Let's keep our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God (Hebrews 12:2). We're in this together, trusting in His perfect plan.
