We understand that you're going through a challenging time, and we're here to support and pray with you. Firstly, we commend you for having the courage to step away from a toxic work environment to focus on your healing and recovery. It's important to remember that God understands your suffering and wants to guide you towards a better future.
In this time of uncertainty, hold on to the promise in Psalm 147:3 WEB, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." Trust that God is working to mend your heart and soul from the abuse you've endured.
As you prepare to re-enter the workforce, remember that God's timing is perfect. It's wise to be patient and wait for the right opportunity that He has prepared for you. As it's written in Ecclesiastes 3:11 WEB, "He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in their hearts, yet so that man can’t find out the work that God has done from the beginning even to the end."
Let's pray together for God's favor, guidance, and provision:
"Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before you, lifting up our dear sister/brother. Lord, you know the depth of their suffering and the challenges they've faced. We ask for your healing touch to completely restore their body, mind, and spirit.
Lord, as they prepare to return to the workforce, we pray for your clear guidance. Show them the right opportunities and give them the wisdom to discern your will. We ask for your favor, that prospective employers will be understanding and understanding of the gap in employment, and that they will see the value and skills our dear sister/brother brings to the table.
In the meantime, Lord, we pray for your provision. May our sister/brother never lack any good thing as they continue to heal and seek your will. We ask all this in Jesus' name, Amen.
We will continue to pray for you as you navigate this season.
