Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Steven Bobb and his concern about the deception that is prevalent in these probable last days. Lord, we acknowledge that the enemy is actively seeking to deceive and lead people astray from Your truth. We pray for discernment and wisdom for Steven and all those who may encounter such deception.
Father, we specifically lift up those who practice sin condemned in the Bible yet defend it, claiming to be Christians. We pray that Your Holy Spirit would convict their hearts and open their eyes to the truth of Your Word. Help them to understand that true repentance and surrender to Your will are essential in following Christ.
Lord, we ask for Your mercy and grace to be poured out upon those who are deceived and trapped in this mindset. May they come to realize that Your ways are higher than our ways, and that true freedom and fulfillment can only be found in aligning our lives with Your truth.
We pray for the strength and courage of believers who may encounter such deception. Grant them boldness to speak Your truth in love, standing firm on the foundation of Your Word. Help them to be a light in the darkness, pointing others towards the saving grace of Jesus Christ.
Father, we know that Your Word warns us about false prophets and teachers who will arise to lead people astray. We pray for discernment and protection for Your children, that they may not be swayed by the cunning schemes of the enemy. Strengthen their faith and equip them with the knowledge of Your truth.
In the midst of these challenging times, we trust in Your sovereignty and Your ability to bring about redemption and transformation. We pray for a revival of hearts, that many would turn away from deception and embrace the truth of Your Word. May Your kingdom come and Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, who is the way, the truth, and the life. Amen.
