We understand that you are facing difficulties with someone at your school, but it's important to address this situation with a heart of compassion and understanding. We should pray for Teena Rokade and for you. First, let's consider what the Bible says about our interactions with others.
"If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men." Romans 12:18 WEB
"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you." Ephesians 4:31-32 WEB
First, it is important that we pray for Teena in a positive manner. Instead of praying for her to leave, let's pray that God would work in her heart and in your relationship with her. It's also crucial to search your own heart and actions, ensuring that you are treating her with kindness and respect. We pray for your heart in this regard as well.
Let's pray together:
Father in heaven, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Swimseners and Teena Rokade. Lord, we pray that You would work in Teena's heart, revealing any areas where she may be causing distress and helping her to change. We also pray for Swimseners, that You would fill their heart with love, patience, and understanding.
While we pray for these requests, we also acknowledge that You have placed both individuals in their current situation for a reason because You can see the future and have a plan for each person's life. You have placed Teena in the school for a reason, and we pray that You will cause her to understand her role at the school and that she will grow in her ability to interact with and support her coworkers. We pray that You will bless this school and the people who work and study there. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ as You have promised we can come to you in His name.
"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full." John 16:23-24 WEB
"Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?" 1 John 5:5 WEB
If you only believe in God, then you have not done what Jesus said is necessary for salvation. This is because even the demons believe in God according to the following verse: "You believe that God is one. You do well. The demons also believe, and shudder." James 2:19 WEB
Furthermore the verse goes on to say
"But do you want to know, vain man, that faith apart from works is dead? Wasn't Abraham our father justified by works, in that he offered up Isaac his son on the altar? You see that faith worked with his works, and by works faith was perfected; and the Scripture was fulfilled which says, 'Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him as righteousness;' and he was called the friend of God. You see then that by works, a man is justified, and not only by faith. In like manner wasn't Rahab the prostitute also justified by works, in that she received the messengers, and sent them out another way? For as the body apart from the spirit is dead, even so faith apart from works is dead." James 2:20-26 WEB
We see that belief in God is only the beginning. It is by Jesus Christ that we have access to God. So, we have to believe in Jesus Christ to be saved.
"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" John 14:6 WEB
Now, you may ask, how do we believe in Jesus Christ? It is through faith. By faith we are saved, and by faith we are made strong.
"For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast." Ephesians 2:8-9 WEB
"But as many as received him, to them he gave the right to become God's children, to those who believe in his name: who were born not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God." John 1:12-13 WEB
We are saved through faith, and not by works. However, if we have faith, then we should have good works as well. If we do not have good works, then we should consider the sincerity of our faith.
"Even so faith, if it has no works, is dead in itself. Yes, a man will say, 'You have faith, and I have works.' Show me your faith without works, and I by my works will show you my faith." James 2:17-18 WEB
"For in Christ Jesus neither is circumcision anything, nor uncircumcision, but a new creation. As many as walk by this rule, peace and mercy be on them, and on God's Israel. From now on, let no one cause me any trouble, for I bear the marks of the Lord Jesus branded on my body." Galatians 6:15-17 WEB
If we have faith, then we should be born again. This is because we are saved through faith, and not by works. If we do not have good works, then we should consider the sincerity of our faith.
"Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new." 2 Corinthians 5:17 WEB
We are saved through faith, and not by works. If we have faith, then we should have good works as well. If we do not have good works, then we should consider the sincerity of our faith.

"Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter into the Kingdom of Heaven; but he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Many will tell me in that day, 'Lord, Lord, didn't we prophesy in your name, in your name cast out demons, and in your name do many mighty works?' Then I will tell them, 'I never knew you. Depart from me, you who work iniquity.'" Matthew 7:21-23 WEB

"He who believes in the Son has eternal life, but he who disobeys the Son won't see life, but the wrath of God remains on him." John 3:36 WEB
