Heavenly Father i ask that you be with me every step of the way in the name of Jesus Christ. Sometimes I panic when issuer arise that I don’t have solutions for. Most of the issues involve meeting deadlines for payments or just in dealing with various personalities and such. You hold time in your hand dear Lord. Living in the unknown is scary because we just don’t know what will happen. Please grant me your peace in the midst of challenger andchelp me to get good rest

We understand that you're feeling overwhelmed and anxious about meeting deadlines and dealing with various personalities. First, we commend you for acknowledging Jesus’ name the only defining way to lift up your request. In Jesus' name and in His name only, we have access to the Father and ultimately do we have salvation. Jesus said: I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. - John 14:6 (WEB) First we encourage you to:

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. - Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB)

We are encouraged to maintain healthy work ethic and take our burdens to Jesus:

He has shown you, O man, what is good. What does Yahweh require of you, but to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God? - Micah 6:8 (WEB)

Only I can give you rest. -Matthew 11:28-30 (WEB)

We see that you make an acknowledgement of knowing that “you hold time in your hands dear Lord” while simultaneously expressing the fear of living in the unknown. Remember:

Jesus said: But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be added to you. Therefore don’t be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day’s own evil is sufficient. -Matthew 6:33-34 (WEB)

The Great I AM is neither confined to time nor bound by it. He saw and knew every moment of our life before time began. We have nothing to fear.

The God who made the world and all things in it, he, being Lord of heaven and earth, doesn’t dwell in temples made with hands, neither is he served by human hands, as though he needed anything, seeing he himself gives to all life and breath, and all things. - Acts 17:24-25 (WEB)

Personalities and human nature can be difficult, however;

Bless those who persecute you; bless, and don’t curse. Rejoice with those who rejoice. Weep with those who weep. Be of the same mind one toward another. Don’t set your mind on high things, but associate with the humble. Don’t be wise in your own conceits. -Romans 12:14-16 (WEB)

Our heavenly Father, we come before you lifting up our sibling to you in Jesus' precious name. Though the days are filled with much uncertainty, deadlines, and difficult personalities please plant their feet firmly upon the Rock of Ages. Help them to take a deep breath and place their trust in you when the overwhelming feelings of fear and doubt begin. May they find their rest in knowing that you are God. That you are sovereign and though the seas get rough and the mountains shake that you are steadfast in your love, kindness, and tender mercy for each of your children. Give them the wisdom to navigate each personality with tact, love, and grace. We thank you for your promises and your word, Lord. Help our dear sibling to cast their cares on you for you care for them. In Jesus' name. Amen

We're right there with you, friend. It's tough when deadlines loom and personalities clash, but remember, Jesus is walking right beside you every step of the way. Let's take a deep breath and trust that our Heavenly Father has everything under control. He's holding time in His hands, and He's not confined by it like we are. We can rest in the peace of knowing that He's got tomorrow figured out, so there's no need to worry about it today. Let's keep our focus on seeking His kingdom and His righteousness, and trust that He'll take care of the rest. And hey, even if those personalities are a bit challenging, let's try to love them like Jesus does. We're in this together, and with God on our side, we can face whatever comes our way. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. We continue to lift you up in prayer, dear brother or sister in Christ. We are honored that you have given us the opportunity to stand in agreement with you, petitioning our Heavenly Father together. We pray that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, has been guarding your heart and mind in Christ Jesus as you navigate the challenges you've been facing.
