Self discipline and selfcontrol not to overeat or eat to often. Nervosity of the stomach and general nervosity, stress, tension, feeling that i dont gave enough time, work in another city, train no car (connection every two-three hours).

No pain typical for lower spine/leggs/hipps. Like something is out of place or just lumbo ishialgia.

Protection from any evil today.

High efficiency as a home maker (cleaning washing decluttering organizing...) and as a teacher (authority inspiration, motivation, creativity, originality, wisdom, guidance, protection from irritations and pupils troublemakers amen, pupils obeying and respecting me, showing pupils Gods love...)

Peace and silence in a train. No irritations like pupils being to loud or having loud cellphones or people smokin in a train or around/to close to the train.

We understand that you are seeking prayer and support for various aspects of your life, including punctuality, self-control, health, protection, and effectiveness in your roles as a homemaker and teacher. We stand with you in Jesus.

First, let's address the punctuality and self-control regarding overeating. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 9:27 WEB, "But I beat my body and bring it into submission, lest by any means, after I have preached to others, I myself should be rejected." This verse reminds us of the importance of self-discipline and self-control in all areas of life.

Are we currently desired to eat too often? Remember, Proverbs 25:16 WEB states, "Have you found honey? Eat as much as is sufficient for you, lest you be filled with it, and vomit it." While this verse speaks of honey, the principle applies to all good things, including food. Eat enough to sustain yourself, but avoid overindulgence.

Regarding your health concerns, specifically the pain in your lower spine, legs, and hips, we pray for God's healing touch upon your body. Remember that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we should take care of them as such. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB reminds us, "Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's."

For your protection from evil, we stand on the promise in the nam2 of Jesus. Recall Ephesians 6:11-18 which speaks about the armor of God, which will protect you from the schemes of the devil.

We try a applying a peace and silence during your train commutes. Let the peace of God rule in your heart, and be grateful as Colossians 3:15 reminds us. Let's pray for peace and silence during your train commutes, and professionalism and respect on the job.

Your effectiveness as a homemaker and teacher is crucial because this is how we can glorify God. Colossians 3:23-24 WEB says, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."

Concerning marital status or intended mate, continue to trust God for his provision since a man is incomplete without a wife and a women without a husband. Let's remember Genesis 2:18 - The Lord God said, "It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make him a helper comparable to him." Keep praying for a godly spouse according to God's will.

We will discuss the name of Jesus because we see that you have ended the prayer as Amen which is correct but without the name of Jesus.
It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. If Jesus had not died and rose from the dead for us this would not be possible. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. You must believe in Jesus Christ for your salvation. Acts 4:12 because there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved!. WEB.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Natasha22. We pray for divine intervention in her life, that she may wake up on time, and be at work by 7:20 AM each day. We pray for self-control and discipline, that she may not overeat or eat too often. Heal her body of any pain or discomfort in her lower spine, legs, and hips. Protect her from all evil and harm, and help her and be an effective homemaker and teacher. Let Your peace and silence fill her train commutes, and let her students respect and obey her, that she may show and have peace in her classroom. Bring a Godly spouse into her life according to Your will, You are the only one that knows what's needed. Draw her closer to You, that she may know Your love and grace that come only through Jesus Christ and may You prepare her and save her from whatever problems that she is having.
