Disciple of Prayer
On September 3, 2014 after coming home from Samantha and Stevens championship soccer game he started complaining of a very unbearable stomach pain. The pain he felt was very uncomfortable ( he couldn’t bare it). I rushed him to ( White Memorial ) hospital where they advised me that Victor was not going to make it. Victor had suffered from an aneurysm, they rushed him to the OR and after 5 hours of intense surgery, doctors could not do much for him. Two days after, the Doctors informed me I had to make a decision. One that was difficult for me. To pull the plug on Victor. I prayed to God and miraculously Doctor offered to go in his brain one more time. He assured me that Victor wouldn’t survive. As nervous as I was, I didn’t at one point in my life doubt that God would leave him behind. After long hours on the OR they were able to flush some of the fluids out and remove a few blood clots. The fact that he survived has made me realize that God is on my side and that my faith will heal him.
After 20 years of him not being able to travel back to his family ( Mexico) his Father and sister where able to come and see him. Homeland Security granted them a permit for 2 weeks.
Today I need to raise money to be able to bring his Mother which ( has not been released from her doctor to fly until the end of November) and his older sister . I also need to bring his Dad and sister back, they need to apply for Visas to return
Victor today is in a vegetated stage at Sub Acute Care Center Providence Little Company of Mary in San Pedro , he has no voluntary movement. Although, he does open his eyes.. Please keep our family in prayer…. Anything helps, please please keep our kids in prayer.
