On 3 September, an auditor will come to my workplace to conduct a safety audit. Please ask God to make me well prepared. In addition, my subordinate is not helpful & always disobey my instructions. Please pray for me. So I can pass the safety audit. And the subordinate becomes obedient.

We understand your concerns, ###, and we're here to support you in prayer and counsel.

Firstly, let's remember the words of Colossians 3:23-24 (WEB), "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving." As you prepare for this safety audit, remember that you're ultimately serving God in your workplace.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your guidance and wisdom upon ###. Lord, help them to be well-prepared for the upcoming safety audit. Grant them a clear mind and the ability to organize their workplace and responsibilities in a way that honors You.

Lord, we also bring before You the situation with their subordinate. We know that Your Word tells us to be subject to one another in the fear of Christ (Ephesians 5:21, WEB). We pray that You would soften this subordinate's heart and make them obedient and helpful, not out of fear, but out of respect and a willingness to serve.

Lord, we claim Your promise in Philippians 4:13 (WEB), 'I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.' We ask that You would strengthen ###, guide them, and give them peace as they face these challenges.

Finally, Lord, we pray that if ### has not already, they would come to know You personally through faith in Jesus Christ. It's in His name that we pray, Amen."

Lastly, ###, we encourage you to approach your subordinate with love and patience, just as Ephesians 4:2 (WEB) tells us, "with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love." It's important to remember that our ultimate example is Christ, who led with love and humility.

May God bless you and guide you in your preparations and interactions.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
