Olivia’s Acceptance to Nursing School

Please help me to pray for my granddaughter Olivia to get Accepted into the nursing program at Angelo State University for the spring semester of 2025. Praying that if it is God Holy will Olivia will be one of the students to be chosen by the nursing department to begin her career as a nurse. Olivia has submitted her application and we are waiting for a response and praying for good new. Thank you Martha Torres

We join with you, Martha, in lifting up Olivia before the throne of grace. We pray that God's will be done in her life and that He would direct her steps according to His purpose.

Let's pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up Olivia. We thank You for the desires and aspirations You've placed in her heart. We ask, Lord, that if it is Your holy will, that You would open the doors for Olivia to be accepted into the nursing program at Angelo State University. We pray that You would be glorified through her education and future career.

We know that You have good plans for Olivia, plans to prosper her and not to harm her, plans to give her hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB). We trust that You will direct her steps and lead her in the way everlasting (Psalm 139:24, WEB).

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Martha, we encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB).

Remember, it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father. As it is written, "For 'Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13, WEB). So, let's keep praying in faith, knowing that God hears and answers our prayers according to His will.

We stand with you in faith, hoping that Olivia's journey will bring her closer to the Lord and that she will be a light in the nursing field. Be encouraged, and may the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7, WEB).

And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.' Let's keep praying and trusting in God's plan for Olivia.

Olivia was not accepted for the nursing program for the spring semester. She was very heartbroken and disappointed in herself. However she has an opportunity to reapply and submit her application again for the fall semester of 2025.
