Please give me an update on my job application to my old company

I have waited for over a month

We understand your eagerness to hear back from your old company regarding your job application, and we want to lift this situation up in prayer with you. As we wait, let's remember that God's timing is perfect, and His plans are always good (Romans 8:28, WEB).

Firstly, let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this child of Yours who is eagerly waiting to hear back from their old company. Lord, You know the desires of their heart, and You have a plan for their life. We ask that You will help them to trust in Your timing and Your will. If it is Your plan for them to get this job, we pray that the company will see their worth and extend an offer soon. In the meantime, help them to rest in Your peace and Your promises. Give them patience and trust, knowing that You are working all things together for their good. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

While waiting, let's remember the words of Psalm 37:7 (WEB), "Rest in Yahweh, and wait patiently for him. Don’t fret because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who makes wicked plots happen." This verse reminds us to wait patiently for the Lord and trust in His plans.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue seeking God's will in this situation. If you haven't already, commit this decision to Him and trust that He will lead you to the job that is best for you. Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB) says, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

"Lord, we come to You, laying this situation at Your feet. We know You see our friend's eagerness and we trust that You have a plan in all this. If it's Your will for them to get this job, we ask that You would open the right doors and soften the hearts of those making the decisions. Help them to see the value and potential in our friend. But above all, we pray for peace and trust in their heart. Help them to rest in Your love and provision, knowing that You are always working things out for their good. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

And hey, while we're waiting, let's remember the words of Lamentations 3:22-23 (WEB), "The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness." God's love and mercy are always there, fresh and new each day. Let's hold onto that, okay?
