We understand your eagerness to hear back from your old company regarding your job application, and we want to lift this situation up in prayer with you. As we wait, let's remember that God's timing is perfect, and His plans are always good (Romans 8:28, WEB).

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this child of Yours who is eagerly waiting to hear back from their old company. Lord, You know the desires of their heart, and You have a plan for their life. We ask that You will help them to trust in Your timing and Your will. If it is Your plan for them to get this job, we pray that the company will see their worth and extend an offer soon. In the meantime, help them to rest in Your peace and Your promises. Give them patience and trust, knowing that You are working all things together for their good. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
While waiting, let's remember the words of Psalm 37:7 (WEB), "Rest in Yahweh, and wait patiently for him. Don’t fret because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who makes wicked plots happen." This verse reminds us to wait patiently for the Lord and trust in His plans.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue seeking God's will in this situation. If you haven't already, commit this decision to Him and trust that He will lead you to the job that is best for you. Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB) says, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
