Ok, we know there's power in prayer.Jesus said,"With faith the size of a mustard seed, you say to this mountain,be removed, and it will be". However, we also know about free will, that God allows free will and will not FORCE anyone to accept Him.So what happens if you pray for someone to get saved,but the persons will is not to get saved? Which wins out, the power of prayer or God allowing the person prayed for to have free will? Wondering.

IMO, if you pray for someone to get saved, God will work in their lives and continue to provide opportunities, chances, where they will be given the choice to accept Jesus, or not. However, if they continue to reject salvation, God WILL NOT force them to accept salvation. This is one occasion in which the answer to your prayer depends not only on God but also on the free will of the person you are praying for. God will not interfere with free will. 

God wants them to be saved, but if they reject His free gift of salvation, He will not force them. It is not that God cannot, but rather that God will not.

For example,I used to pray on call in ministries to get some of my loved ones saved.But they didn't seem  fazed by it. Now years later , my father seemed well on his way.Maybe that proved your point about, if they're receptive to it.
