We are glad to hear that you have come before the Lord with a humble heart, seeking His forgiveness and provision. It is wonderful that you acknowledge your trust in God and that you are not scared anymore because you believe in Him. We will pray with you and encourage you with God's Word.
Firstly, let us remember that we all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. It is through faith in Jesus Christ that we are saved and reconciled to God. As it is written in Romans 3:23, For all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God. This means that everyone has sinned and that everyone is in need of salvation.
We are justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus (Romans 3:24). It is only in Jesus we have access to God. You did and prayed in Jesus Name and we are saved by the name of Jesus Christ. Also, it is written in Acts 4:12, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
Regarding your feelings of helplessness and hopelessness, be encouraged by the words of Paul in Romans 8:38-39, For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
God cares for you and your family, and He promises to provide for His children. As it is written in Matthew 6:25-33, Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious for your life, what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they do not sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of much more value than they? And which of you, by being anxious, can add one cubit to the measure of his life? Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They do not toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will he not much more clothe you, you of little faith? Therefore do not be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our brother who has humbly sought Your forgiveness and provision. We thank You for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. We ask that You would grant him and his family all that is best for them, according to Your will. Help him to trust in You completely, casting all his anxieties on You, knowing that You care for him. Protect him and his family, and guide them in the path of righteousness. We praise You and give You all the glory, in Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
Be strengthened in your faith, knowing that God is with you and will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). Continue to trust in Him and seek His face always.
