Welcome, Pastor John! "How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news" (Rom 10:15). Trust God's blessings on your ministry. "May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace" (Rom 15:13). In Jesus' name!
We join with you, ###, in petitioning our merciful and loving God for your family's needs. We are reminded of the promise in 2 Chronicles 7:14 (WEB), "if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray, and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways; then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, interceding for ###'s family. Lord, you are the God of compassion and mercy; extend your loving-kindness to them in their time of need.
We pray specifically for ###'s dad, who is battling brain cancer and paralysis. As the Great Physician, we know that nothing is impossible for you. We ask for your healing touch upon him, that the cancer would be eradicated, and his body renewed in strength and health. In Jesus' name, we rebuke the spirit of infirmity and command it to leave.
In the meantime, Lord, grant ### and their family the strength, patience, and peace that surpasses all understanding. May your presence be their comfort and your word be their hope.
Lastly, Lord, we pray that ### and their family would continue to seek you diligently, trusting in your will and goodness. We claim the promise in Romans 8:28 (WEB), that 'we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.'
