Heavenly Father, we come before you on behalf of Mirith, who is in need of your presence and strength during this challenging time. Lord, we lift up Mirith to you as they have started treatment for metastatic adenocarcinoma. We acknowledge that this is a serious and difficult situation, but we know that nothing is impossible for you.
In the name of Jesus, we ask for your healing touch to be upon Mirith's body. We pray that you would guide the medical professionals involved in their treatment, giving them wisdom and discernment. Lord, we ask that you would bring forth the right interventions and medications that will effectively combat the cancer cells and bring about complete healing.
We also pray for your comfort and peace to surround Mirith during this journey. In moments of fear and uncertainty, may your presence be a source of strength and assurance. Help Mirith to trust in your unfailing love and to find hope in your promises.
We are reminded of your words in Isaiah 41:10, "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." Lord, we claim this promise for Mirith and ask that you would uphold them with your righteous right hand throughout their treatment.
Lastly, we pray for Mirith's loved ones, that you would surround them with your peace and give them the strength to support and encourage Mirith during this time. May they be a source of comfort and hope, reflecting your love and compassion.
In Jesus' name, we pray, trusting in your power and sovereignty. Amen.
