We join with you, Sohlorb, in bringing your requests before the Lord, standing firm in the promises of His Word. We pray in Jesus' name, for it is by His name alone that we have access to the Father (John 14:6, Acts 4:12).
Firstly, we address your concerns about health. We pray against any inherited sickness of high sugar and blood pressure, claiming 1 Peter 2:24, "He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. You were healed by his wounds." We ask God to heal you and your family, and we trust in His promise in 3 John 1:2, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers."
We also lift up your desire for a male child in your husband's house. While we pray for God's will to be done, we remind you that both male and female children are blessings from God (Psalm 127:3). We encourage you to trust in God's design and timing, as He knows what is best for you (Psalm 37:4-5).
Regarding financial struggles, we pray that God would provide for your husband and break any seeds of poverty. We claim Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We also encourage wise stewardship, as shown in Matthew 25:14-30.
We intercede for your mother's healing from blood pressure issues and stroke, trusting in God's mercy and healing power (Jeremiah 30:17).
For your siblings-in-law, we pray for God's timing and will in their marital settlement. We remind you that God's timing is perfect, and He has a plan for each of them (Jeremiah 29:11). Encourage them to seek Godly spouses and build relationships founded on biblical principles (2 Corinthians 6:14).
Finally, we pray that God delivers you from every evil thought and spirit of fear, claiming 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." We remind you to take every thought captive to make it obedient to Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5).
We notice that your prayer does not mention Jesus. We want to emphasize that Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me" (John 14:6). It is only by His name that we can be saved (Acts 4:12) and approach God the Father (John 16:23).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Sohlorb and their family. We ask for Your healing touch, provision, and guidance. Help them to trust in Your will and timing, and to live in obedience to Your Word. Deliver them from fear and evil thoughts, and let Your peace rule in their hearts. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
