Oh EL-ROI show me mercy

Please pray for me that the disfavor iam receiving at my place of work..may Yahweh show me mercy and give me a turn around.

What iam afraid of will not happen, it will not End the way the devil planned it.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Let's bring your concerns before the Lord, Naserd. We understand that you're facing disfavor at your workplace and are seeking God's mercy and intervention. We stand with you in prayer, calling on the name of Jesus Christ, as it is through Him that we have access to God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16, WEB).

Firstly, we want to address that your prayer is directed to "Yahweh" and "EL-ROI" without mentioning Jesus Christ. We believe that it is through Jesus Christ alone that we have salvation and access to God. As it is written, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12, WEB). Therefore, we will pray to the Father in the name of Jesus Christ, as He taught us (John 16:23, WEB).

Now, let's bring your request before the Lord:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Naserd who is facing disfavor at their workplace. Lord, You are a merciful and gracious God, slow to anger, and abounding in loving kindness and truth (Exodus 34:6, WEB). We ask that You extend Your mercy to Naserd and turn around their situation.

We rebuke the plans of the devil that seek to harm Naserd. We claim that no weapon that is formed against them will prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment will be condemned (Isaiah 54:17, WEB). We pray that Naserd will not be afraid, for You, Lord, are with them, and You will strengthen them and help them (Isaiah 41:10, WEB).

Father, we ask that You guide Naserd in their workplace, giving them favor with their colleagues and superiors, just as You gave Joseph favor in the eyes of Potiphar (Genesis 39:4, WEB). Help them to work heartily, as for You and not for men, knowing that from the Lord they will receive the inheritance as their reward (Colossians 3:23-24, WEB).

Finally, we pray that Naserd will grow in the knowledge and grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory both now and forever. Amen (2 Peter 3:18, WEB).

Naserd, we encourage you to keep your trust in God, knowing that He is faithful and will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation will also provide the way of escape, so that you may be able to endure it (1 Corinthians 10:13, WEB). Stand firm in your faith, and God will strengthen and establish you (1 Peter 5:10, WEB).

Lord, we pray for Naserd and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless with favor in job and workplace. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
