Oh Abba Father, today, I acknowledge that I have wasted 12 months by not doing my spiritual work and disobeying you in the process. As a result, there has been no progress made with spiritual meditation. If I only did as you say there would be progress. So I didn't gain any spiritual blessings. Only this morning, I began to take this seriously by learning how to meditate by spiritually chewing through group of verses of Ephesians Chapter 1. Now I commit to get this done every day as I don't have many years of my life but you have infinite years in abundance. One day, I will have to stand alone before you to give an account of my time spent and I will have nothing to say. And you will say "I never knew you. Depart from me you cursed into everlasting fire prepared for the Enemy and his demons". Please speak with me and remind me of the urgency to do my daily meditation as part of my daily spiritual work when it best suits you. I lay this prayer now at your feet in the name of your son, Yahshua. I can do no more. Amen!
