Let's urgently pray for those feeling hopeless. "The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit" (Ps 34:18). Even in deep despair, trust God's love. "Cast your cares on the LORD and he will sustain you" (Ps 55:22). Reach out to someone you trust. God cares deeply! In Jesus' name!

Oh Abba Father, I thank you this morning for revealing to me exactly what has been cause of my recent lower back pain, thigh pain and left knee joint pain.
You know that "repetitive trauma" is pulling my body out of whack and causing internal damage every minute of every single day. You know that it causes a dangerous health condition called "cross syndrome". For you are all seeing and knowing.
Cross syndrome creates the fault lines, or areas of vulnerability from muscular imbalances and postural distortions that pull my pelvis and spine out of their natural healthy alignment. Without healthy alignment, my discs are beyond vulnerable, my nerves are pinched, my joints are battered and my entire body is under constant stress.
I ask that you in your divine mercy of love will fully heal me, straighten my pelvis and spine back into natural healthy alignment so my stomach is flattened and that all physical pain that I've been experiencing as a result of my cross syndrome are fully removed.
In the mighty name of your son Yahushua I pray, amen.
