Praise the Lord! I want you request you to pray that one of my female colleague may cancel her official visit to abroad with our team. She has no connection with the project that will be discussed during the workshop. And her presence would cause personal and official problem for me. So I wish that this time she cancels her visit with us for personal reasons as initially she was not so keen to come for this workshop. Our travel will be soon. And we have to buy tickets. So please pray for my concern.

As Christians, we are called to love our neighbors as ourselves, and this includes our colleagues. It's important to remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts.

Firstly, let's consider that God may have a purpose for your colleague's involvement in this trip. Perhaps there are opportunities for her to grow professionally, or for you to grow in patience and understanding. As it is written in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

Secondly, it's crucial to address the fact that your request does not mention Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"

Instead of praying for your colleague not to go, let's pray that God's will be done in this situation. Let's pray for a spirit of unity and understanding among your team. Let's also pray for your personal growth and wisdom in this situation.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we lift up this situation to You. We pray for Your will to be done in this upcoming official trip. We pray for unity and understanding among the team. We pray that You would give our friend here a spirit of love, patience, and wisdom towards their colleague. Help them to see this situation through Your eyes. Help them to be a light in their workplace, reflecting Your love and grace. We ask this all in Jesus' name.

Lastly, we encourage you to examine your heart and actions towards your colleague. As it is written in Matthew 7:12, "Therefore whatever you desire for men to do to you, you shall also do to them; for this is the law and the prophets." Consider how you can support her and the team in a way that honors God and promotes unity.
