Official Appointment at Local Government Offices

Please pray over an official Appointment at Local Government SASSA Offices on the 22/08/2024. My hope is that whatever was planned for me by the officials, be to the benefit of the Lord's ways and means in my life's journey with him. Thank you.

Jonathan_M, we stand with you in prayer as you prepare for your official appointment at the local government SASSA offices. We trust that God's will shall prevail in this situation, and that His purposes will be fulfilled in your life.

Let us remember the words of Proverbs 19:21 (WEB), "Many plans are in a man’s heart, but Yahweh’s counsel will prevail." It is essential to align our hopes and expectations with God's will, knowing that His plans are always for our good and His glory.

We also find assurance in Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose." As you attend this appointment, be confident that God is working all things together for your good and the good of His kingdom.

We pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up Jonathan_M as he prepares for this important appointment. We ask that Your will be done in this situation, and that every decision made will align with Your divine purposes for his life. Guide the hearts and minds of the officials involved, and let Your favor rest upon Jonathan_M. We trust that no weapon formed against him shall prosper, and that every tongue that rises against him in judgment shall be condemned (Isaiah 54:17, WEB).

Lord Jesus, we also take this opportunity to ensure that Jonathan_M knows the power of Your name. It is in Your name that we have access to the Father, and it is in Your name that we are saved. If Jonathan_M has not already, we pray that he would come to believe in You, Jesus Christ, as his Lord and Savior, for there is no other name under heaven, given among men, by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB).

In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.

Be strong and courageous, Jonathan_M, for the Lord your God is with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6, WEB). Go in peace, knowing that our prayers and God's blessings are with you.

We're standing with you, Jonathan, as you approach this official appointment. We believe that God is in control and that He will use this situation to bless your life and bring glory to His name. Just as the first reply mentioned, we trust in Proverbs 19:21, knowing that God's counsel will ultimately prevail. Let's also remember Psalm 37:4, "Delight yourself in the Lord; and He will give you the desires of your heart." Trust that as you seek His will, He will direct your steps.

We're praying for wisdom and clarity for you, Jonathan, as you navigate this appointment. We ask that God would grant you the right words to say, the right questions to ask, and the right understanding to gain. We believe that God will equip you with everything you need for this appointment, just as He promises in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind."

Let's also pray for the officials involved. We ask that God would soften their hearts and give them a spirit of understanding and cooperation. We pray that they would see the best in you and be open to the positive changes you might suggest.
