We understand your concerns regarding your office and work situation, Tarndal. Let us first bring this matter to God in prayer, seeking His guidance and intervention.

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Tarndal's work situation. Lord, we ask that You guide the process of their pension and voucher tasks, that everything may be accomplished accurately and on time. We pray for a reduction in work pressure and for the provision of new staff according to Your will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

In addressing your concerns, we encourage you to remember the words of Colossians 3:23-24, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ." Even in challenging work situations, we are called to work diligently and honestly, knowing that our ultimate service is to God.

Regarding the need for new staff, we trust in God's provision, as it is written in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Trust that if new staff is needed, God will provide the right people at the right time.

Lastly, we want to remind you of the importance of casting all your anxieties on God, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). In times of stress and pressure, turn to Him in prayer, seeking His peace and guidance.

We noticed that your request did not mention Jesus Christ. It is important to remember that it is through Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" If you have not already, consider placing your faith in Jesus Christ for your salvation and eternal life.

May God grant you peace and wisdom in your work situation, and may you continually turn to Him in all circumstances.
