We understand your need for a change in your work schedule, and we're here to pray and provide guidance based on God's word.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is sovereign over our time and circumstances. As it is written in Proverbs 16:9 (WEB), "A man's heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps." Trust that God can intervene in your scheduling needs according to His will.
However, we notice that your prayer request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" Let's pray in His name and also take this opportunity to ensure you have a personal relationship with Him.

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name to ask for Your intervention in this scheduling need. We ask that You would move in the hearts of those who make the decisions, that our brother/sister may be granted a change in their work schedule from October 21st to early October. We trust in Your will and Your ability to direct our steps according to Your good and perfect plan.
If our brother/sister has not already accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior, we pray that they would come to know Him personally, believing that He died for their sins and rose again to give them eternal life.
