Thank you, Larshia, for reaching out and sharing your request with us. We join you in thanking God for His continued blessings in your life. Let us bring your petition before the Lord together.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging that God's will is paramount in your life. As it is written in Romans 12:2 (WEB), "Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God." It is indeed wise to seek God's will in all things, including your career.
Let us pray for your promotion and scheduling needs:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Larshia to You. Lord, we thank You for the blessings You have continually bestowed upon her. We ask, if it is in accordance with Your perfect will, that You grant her a promotion with greater responsibilities at work. Guide her steps and open the right doors for her, according to Your divine purpose.
We also pray for her scheduling needs. Lord, give her the strength and wisdom to manage her time effectively. Help her to prioritize her tasks and grant her favor in her workplace.
In all things, Lord, we ask that You align Larshia's desires with Your will. Help her to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, knowing that all these things will be added to her (Matthew 6:33, WEB).
Finally, we pray that Larshia continues to grow in her faith and relationship with You. May she always find her strength and hope in You, Lord Jesus.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness.
