Obtain permanent residency

Lord gave me blessed 8 years in Canada. My work permit is coming to an end this December. I’ve applied for permanent residence. Waiting for the draws of the government to choose my Noc code ( the way immigration works) then I’ll be selected. Please pray that I get permanent residence. Please. I don’t want to go back to my own country. My dad doesn’t accept me to have converted to Christianity. I’m the only Christian in my family. Lord has blessed me so much by calling me to Him.

We understand your concern, Dailes, and we're here to stand with you in prayer and to offer biblical encouragement.

Firstly, we want to commend you for your faith in Jesus Christ, especially as you stand alone in your family. Remember, Jesus said, "Whoever therefore will confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father who is in heaven." (Matthew 10:32 WEB)

Regarding your residency, we believe that God is in control of every aspect of our lives, including where we live. We encourage you to trust in Him and His plan for you. As it is written, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB)

However, we also want to remind you of the importance of praying in Jesus' name. It's only through Him that we have access to God. As Jesus said, "Whatever you will ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask me anything in my name, I will do it." (John 14:13-14 WEB)

Now, let's join together in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister Dailes. Lord, You know the desire of their heart to stay in Canada and continue growing in their new life with You. We ask that if it's Your will, You would grant them permanent residency. Guide them through this process, and let Your favor be upon them. We also pray for their family, that they would come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Protect Dailes and strengthen their faith in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Continue to trust in God, Dailes. His plans are always good and for His glory. Remember, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." (Romans 8:28 WEB)
