We understand your concern for your daughter and the struggle she's facing. Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And in Acts 4:12 WEB "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, through which we must be saved."
Now please remember and remind your daughter of Galatians 5:22-23 WEB "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law."
Obsessions can be a manifestation of a lack of self-control and an overattachment to creatures rather than the Creator. We are called to have dominion over animals, not to be dominated by our feelings for them. As it is written in Genesis 1:26 WEB "God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the sky, and over the livestock, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our daughter. We pray that You would deliver her from this obsession with animals, and fill her with Your love and compassion for them instead. Help her to see them as Your creations, to be cared for and respected, but not to be obsessed over.
We pray for Your peace and self-control to reign in her heart, casting out any anxiety or compulsion. We ask that You would keep her physically and mentally away from other pets if it is Your will, and remove any need from her to touch them always. Help her to focus her love and compassion on people, that she may be a blessing to others.
We pray that she may grow in the knowledge and the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God, and the peace that passes all understanding, in Jesus name we pray for this. Amen

We continue to lift up your daughter in prayer, asking God to release her from any unhealthy fixation on animals. We stand with you in asking for His divine intervention, that He would break any bonds that may hold her, and that He would protect her both physically and mentally. We pray that in Jesus' Name that He would replace any obsession with a deep, genuine compassion and love for these creatures.
