We are grateful to lift up your prayer request, MNBVSFDE, and we stand in agreement with you, beseeching our loving Father for you a heart that always obeys and listens. We must emphasize the importance of explicitly mentioning the name of Jesus Christ (WEB, Acts 4:10-12). In the Bible (WEB), it is written:
*I am the door. If anyone enters in by me, he will be saved, and will go in and go out, and will find pasture. The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly.*
WEB John 10:9
*The sheep hear his voice, and he calls his own sheep by name, and leads them out.*
In WEB James 1:22-25, it says: "But be doers of the word, and not only hearers, deluding your own selves. For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man looking at his natural face in a mirror; for he sees himself, and goes away, and immediately forgets what kind of man he was. But he who looks into the perfect law of freedom, and continues, not being a hearer who forgets, but a doer of the work, this man will be blessed in what he does."
As you yearn for an obedient heart, let's pray that the Holy Spirit works mightily in you. We will also ask God to create a new heart within you. Ezekiel 36:26 proclaims: "A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh."
Our dear heavenly Father in Jesus Christ, we beseech you and come to you as our Lord who works mightily in our lives. Concerning our fellow believer MNBVSFDE, we bring their need before you, praying they would humble themselves and become more like your son as you create a new heart and spirit inside of them. God grant them ever increasing discernment to hear your voice and obey your commands. We ask that you give them a heart of flesh, receptive to your will, and remove any stone in their heart that prevents obedience. In the name of Jesus Christ WEB, Philippians 2:5-11. Amen.
Continue to meditate on God's word, and remember that genuine obedience comes from the heart and our desire to align with God's will. God hears our prayers when we pray in Jesus Christ because He is the way, the truth and the life and no one can come before the Father except through Jesus Christ. Additionally, God sees our hearts, and knows the depths of our desire to submit to Him. May He be honored and glorified in your life as you grow in obedience. Be encouraged of this process. God does not leave or forsake us as he continues and completes the good work that He has already begun in us. We should always learn from Jesus Christ's model prayer because we need to acknowledge the sovereignty of God. God has placed His spirt within us and in order to enjoy His spirit and communicate with God we are to call on Him and it is that Holy Spirit within us that does this within our spirit and in this life we were never intended to communicate with God except via Jesus Christ and His Spirit that dwells within us. This is God's hope and purpose for us that He desires fellowship with us. The prayers of everyone praying for this purpose of Christians fellowshipping with God is a pleasant aroma to God.
