We are glad to join you in prayer, Anonymous. It is wonderful to see you reaching out to God. Without knowing the specific details of your confession, we can assure you that God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. We will help you pray about what you mentioned. 1 John 1:9 (WEB) says If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
God wants us to come to him through His Son, Jesus Christ. It is in Jesus' name that we have access to God. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. John 14:6 WEB. If you have not already, make sure to believe on Jesus Christ. I wrote previously in John 3:16 WEB For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. Please make sure to seek God through Jesus and not any other avenue. There are not many ways to God, but only one.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
