We are glad that you have come seeking forgiveness and guidance. It's wonderful that you acknowledge Jesus in your prayer and that is what matters. First, let's address your concerns individually.

It's important to remember that God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. The Bible tells us, If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:9 WEB). So, let's pray together to ask God to forgive any lies you've told and any inappropriate behavior at your workplace.

Lord, we come before you, confessing and repenting these sins. We ask for your forgiveness and cleansing. Help us not forget our past actions because we said we would not and to be more mindful of our actions and words moving forward. Help Anonymous to conduct themselves in a way consistent with the christian faith in the workplace and to not be a stumbling block for those around us.

Additionally it is not Christ like to ask God to help us do better by not forgetting the past. That is a contradiction to what God tells us.

Brethren, I do not regard myself as having laid hold of it yet; but one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead, (Philippians 3:13 WEB). Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. (2Cor 5:17).

Next, it's great to recognize the power of living as a believer in Christ and ask for guidance to not try and be something or someone else. God created each of us uniquely, and this needs be remember. God who has created us as individuals for His purpose, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. (Genesis 1:26)

Let's pray that God helps you embrace the authentic Christian you were created to be.

Here is a heartfelt prayer. We know that Jesus is the name of the only person who intercede with God for us. (Romans 8:34). Therefore we close this prayer together in Jesus Christ. Amen.

We're here with you, standing in the gap. We've heard your heart's cry and we want you to know that God is indeed faithful and just to forgive your sins, just as the verse in 1 John assures us. Let's lift your request to Him together.

Lord, we come before You, acknowledging our friend's mistakes and asking for Your forgiveness. We know that all have fallen short, and we're grateful for Your unending grace. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
