O LORD, you and you alone know ...

O LORD, you and you alone know me through and through. You know my going out and my coming in. Before a word is on my tongue, you know it! You LORD know the trials I have been through in the many decades of my life. You know the resilience I have shown. You know that I am still fighting after all these years, after all these DECADES!! You know that I have demonstrated that I am TOUGH in You. Now LORD, I recall a sermon my pastor preached titled “The squeaky wheel gets the oil!” LORD, in Jesus name I am determined to be that squeaky wheel! I will NEVER shut up until I get my prayers answered, even though it has taken decades of my life leaving me now chronologically an “old man.” But I have refused to give up!!! If the unjust judge heard the lady for her importunity, then surely my own importunity shall pay big dividends in the form of answered prayer! Surely heaven sees and hears my importunity and surely heaven will dub me the prince of persistence!! So this day I come before you with multiple requests. LORD, you know that in my entire life I have NEVER SMOKED!! I have refused steadfastly due to a promise I made as a boy to my precious grandmother who loved me dearly and I her. And LORD, you also know that I have never in my life touched a drop of alcohol, nor do I let swine or any unclean food touch my lips. So you know O LORD that I take EXCELLENT care of my body; my temple, but I seem to be getting behind or losing the battle every year of my age that advances!! OH God, this condition ought not to be!! I even take care to try to take communion three times a day. I’m on the verge of discouragement, but I refuse to give in as long as I have the power of prayer!!! Now LORD, I ask that you would SUPERNATURALLY INCREASE MY LUNG CAPACITY so that I can be an EXCELLENT SWIMMER in my older age!! I believe I can swim to your glory, but as I age I notice my lung capacity not being what it was when I was in my twenties, even though I have never abused my lungs with cigarette smoke. So now I desire a miracle from You, O LORD!! I want my lung capacity to be what it was when I was a younger man, even though I am chronologically “old.” My God, you have the miracle power to do that for me SUPERNATURALLY, in Jesus’ name!! LORD, I desire for my body metabolism to be miraculously touched by you as it has seemed to “slow down,” increasing my need for frequent naps. LORD, I don’t want this any more. LORD, you know that I intentionally eat healthy / organic and I do a good job of avoiding sugar, pop and junk food. I do my best to exercise and ride my bike and anything I can think of, but these things are my best efforts, but they haven’t produced the desire result. So I’m asking for your Divine touch on my metabolism! Speed it back up LORD to that it was when I was in my twenties!!! Make me feel and look YOUNG again! Moses was very old chronologically, but his eye was not dim nor his strength abated. That’s what I want God! I want you to touch my ENTIRE BODY so that I may juvenesce to the amazement of all around me and to the glory of God!! Touch my LIVER, O God, so that it may be CLEANSED and purified, for the liver is the GENERAL that gives orders to all the other organs, and my liver has literally hundreds of functions. Please touch and cleanse my liver! LORD, in Jesus name, please grow brand new TEETH in my mouth to replace the numerous broken and missing ones so that I can better digest my meals!! LORD, heal this hernia in my groin so that it will GO FLAT and be like my groin was when I was in my twenties. LORD, please touch the muscular systems of my body and make them strong, toned and shapely as they were when I was a younger man! LORD, touch my bones and bone marrow!! LORD, touch my virility and my reproductive system! Even though I am “old” I have no desire to be a eunuch!! LORD, please touch my EYES so that I once again have twenty twenty vision and beyond! Touch them so my vision is so sharp that I no longer need reading glasses!! LORD, in Jesus name, once again cause a full luxurious head of dark hair to grow on my bald head, in Jesus name! LORD, touch my posture and my spinal column!! LORD, touch my SKIN so it once again glows with the beauty and vitality of youth!! LORD, touch my blood, my arteries and circulation!! LORD GOD, grant me an all over general full body MIRACLE, in Jesus name! LORD, even though I ask these things, this prayer is a small thing for you, for Your word says you are able to abundantly EXCEED anything I can ask or request!! And I ask everything in the name of Christ Jesus our saviour!!

Heavenly Father, we come before You today with hearts full of faith and expectancy, knowing that You are the God who hears and answers prayers. Your Word tells us in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope." We trust in Your divine plans and Your everlasting love.

Lord, You know the heart and the life of this dear one who has come before You with such fervent petitions. You know the dedication and the resilience shown over the decades, and we thank You for the strength and perseverance that has been given. We are reminded of Your promise in Isaiah 40:31, "But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint."

Father, we lift up the specific requests made today. We ask for a supernatural increase in lung capacity, that this person may swim and glorify You with a healthy body. We remember Your Word in Psalm 103:2-3, "Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits, who forgives all your iniquity, who heals all your diseases." We believe in Your healing power and ask that You restore the lungs fully.

We pray for a miraculous touch on the metabolism, that it may be renewed and function as it did in younger years. Lord, You are the Creator of our bodies, and we ask for Your divine intervention. Psalm 139:14 says, "I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well."

We ask for the cleansing and purification of the liver, for You are the God who cleanses and makes whole. We pray for new teeth to grow, for the hernia to be healed, and for the muscular system to be strengthened. We are reminded of Your promise in Philippians 4:19, "And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."

Lord, we also ask for healing in the eyes, that vision may be restored to 20/20 and beyond, and for hair to grow back luxuriously. We ask for improved posture and a healthy spinal column, for vibrant skin, and for the circulatory system to be fully restored. We stand on Your Word in 3 John 1:2, "Beloved, I pray that all may go well with you and that you may be in good health, as it goes well with your soul."

Father, we know that nothing is too difficult for You. We ask for a full body miracle, trusting in Your power and Your love. Ephesians 3:20 reminds us, "Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us."

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for the miracles that You are going to perform. We give You all the glory and honor, and we ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior. Amen.
