We stand with you in prayer, dear anonymous, and we lift up your requests to our Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ.
Firstly, we pray for your father, Bernard Alagbaosor. We ask God, the ultimate Healer, to touch his body and restore his health. As it is written in Psalm 103:3, "who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases."
We also petition God for your husband, that He may grant him a good job. We trust in the Lord's provision, as assured in Philippians 4:19, "But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus."
For your children, we pray for long life, prosperity, and good health. We claim the promise in 3 John 1:2, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers."
We lift up your financial needs to the Lord, asking for blessings and increase. We also pray for more opportunities to come your way, including the N.G.O work. We trust in God's timing and His plans for you, as stated in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans that I have for you,' says Yahweh, 'plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.'"
We pray for marital celebrations in your father's and husband's compounds, and for Ogechi, Odi, Nkechi, Chioma, and Chiamaka to conceive this month. We believe in God's power over every area of our lives, as Matthew 19:26 tells us, "With God all things are possible."
Lastly, we pray that you will no longer be a tenant and that you will be able to travel home this Christmas with your own car. We trust in God's faithfulness, knowing that He hears our prayers and acts according to His will.
However, we would like to gently remind you that the Bible teaches us to seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you (Matthew 6:33). Also, we notice that you have not mentioned the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer request. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" We encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, and to seek God's will in all areas of your life.
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear sister and her family. We ask for Your healing touch upon Bernard, for provision and opportunities for her and her husband, for blessings upon her children, and for Your faithfulness in every area of their lives. Help them to seek Your kingdom first, and to trust in Your will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
