O Lord Jesus, I confess all my sins from the smallest to the largest that I have ever committed in word, thought and deed. I believe that you died on the cross for my salvation as a sacrifice in my place for my penalty of sins that I committed whether tiny, small and large that are written against me in the books. Nothing is hidden from you.
Please guide me to self-examination and reveal before me any sins that will bring eternal separation from you and eternal death. I know you have chosen me. I know you want me to be saved so I come willingly, voluntarily truthfully confessing them all before you and ask for deliverance out of all my troubles and from the danger of entering hell itself. Let all my sins be fully blotted out of the books of memory.
I ask that you will fully change me and take away my bad attitude, my poor memory, my eating disorder, my bad language, my rebellion, my verbal abuse, my pain in my lower back, my negativity and hopelessness, my selfishness, and everything and anything big, small and tiny that you see in me which is unlike you. Replace my sadness with joy, restlessness with peace.
Create in me a clean, pure heart and renew a right spirit within me. I ask that all the demonic spirits found will leave my body according to your will so that I can become of service to your divine will.
Let my deliverance received from your hand be a victory over my long adversity in the spiritual wilderness, over my unemployment status, over my storm. Let it be your victory so i can be an example for others who are suffering in the same position as myself.
I lay my prayer request now at your feet for you are the way, the truth and the life. No man can come to the father except through you. Amen
