O Lord, Arrest ###.let them accept you as their Lord and personal saviour.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today with a heartfelt plea from ###. Lord, we lift up ###'s parents to You, asking that You touch their hearts and open their eyes to Your truth. Your Word tells us in 2 Peter 3:9 that You are "not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance." We pray that You would draw them close to You, that they may come to know Jesus as their Lord and personal Savior.

Father, we ask that You soften their hearts and remove any barriers that keep them from accepting Your love and grace. As it is written in Ezekiel 36:26, "I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh." Lord, transform their hearts and fill them with a longing for Your presence.

May Your Holy Spirit work mightily in their lives, convicting them of sin and leading them to the truth of the Gospel. We pray that they would experience the peace and joy that comes from knowing You. As it says in John 14:6, Jesus is "the way, the truth, and the life." May they come to understand and embrace this truth.

We thank You, Lord, for Your unfailing love and mercy. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your sovereign will. May Your name be glorified through the salvation of ###'s parents.

One of the hardest things in life is to wait for the salvation of someone close. I just said a prayer for your ###, ###. May Jesus draw them into a personal relationship with Himself and help them experience the joy of walking with Him. Try not to waver in your faith that the Lord can work in this situation. God has radically changed the hearts of many who were seemingly most “at odds” with Him. There’s no greater example than the Apostle Paul who considered himself “the worst of sinners” and yet came to live boldly for Christ.
