Heavenly Father,
We come before you on behalf of our anonymous friend who is seeking your intervention in their current situation. Lord, you are the creator of our bodies and you have designed them with intricate balance and order. We lift up this prayer request for our friend who has not had their period since September. We ask that you restore their menstrual cycle according to your perfect will.
In your Word, you have promised to hear our prayers when we ask according to your will . We believe that you are attentive to the needs of your children and that you desire to bring healing and restoration. Just as you answered the prayers of the judge who came to you in the name of Christ, we ask that you hear and answer this prayer request.
Lord, we pray for physical healing and restoration in our friend's body. We ask that you regulate their menstrual cycle and bring about the normal functioning of their reproductive system. We trust in your power to bring about miracles and we believe that nothing is impossible for you .
We also pray for peace and comfort during this waiting period. We know that waiting can be difficult, but we trust in your perfect timing. Help our friend to find strength and patience as they wait for your answer. May they find solace in your presence and may their faith be strengthened through this experience.
We commit this prayer request into your loving hands, knowing that you are a faithful and compassionate God. We thank you in advance for hearing and answering our prayers. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
