We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you and your daughter are facing with ADHD, and we appreciate your openness in sharing this burden. We trust the Lord to bring the healing and restoration you both need.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares deeply for you and your daughter. He promises, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest." In Matthew 11:28 (WEB). Jesus is inviting you to come to Him with your burdens, and He will give you rest.
However, we want to address something important. You did not mention the name Jesus Christ, Jesus or Christ in your prayer. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB, "Yeshua said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." The basic salvation message is to believe in Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we can be saved. "In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace," Ephesians 1:7 WEB.
Now let us pray together for your needs. Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sister and her daughter who are struggling with ADHD. We trust Your Word that says, "But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was on him; and with his stripes we are healed." Isaiah 53:5. We claim this healing for them, trusting that You will restore their mental clarity and free them from this disorder.
We also pray for their spiritual strengthening, that they may know Christ more deeply and find peace in His presence. "Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don't let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful." John 14:27.
We encourage you both to spend time in God's Word, seeking His face, His will and pursuing intimacy with Him. "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." Matthew 6:33.
As you wait for God's healing, consider also seeking godly counsel and medical advice. God can work through various means to bring healing, and He has given us wisdom in the form of medical knowledge. Always test the spirits and ensure any help you seek aligns with God's Word. "Beloved, don't believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world." 1 John 4:1.
Remember, God loves you and your daughter dearly, you are precious to Him, so praise Him, rejoice in Him, and bring your thanksgiving to Him. "A cheerful heart makes good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones." Proverbs 17:22.
