We are delighted to join you in prayer, Droyport, as you seek a nursing job in Las Vegas, Nevada. We are reminded of the scripture that says, "Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in Sheol, where you are going." (Ecclesiastes 9:10 WEB). In all things, especially our employment, God is to be glorified and we are called to work hard.
Firstly, we want to ensure that you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. It is only through His name that we can approach God and it is only through His son Jesus that we are saved. (John 14:6, Acts 4:12) If you have not repented of your sins and believed on the Lord Jesus Christ, we encourage you to take this step to ensure your salvation.
We and you together pray that God who began a good work in you will bring it to completion. (Philippians 1:6 WEB) As you navigate this job search, remember that God has a plan and a purpose for you. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). Trust that He is working behind the scenes, preparing a way for you. This trust in God is important.
However, trusting God does not mean we do not act. As you wait on the Lord, be proactive in your job search. Prepare diligently for your interviews, and network with professionals in your field. Remember, "The desires of the diligent are fully satisfied" (Proverbs 13:4 WEB).
For you we pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up Droyport, who is seeking a nursing job in Las Vegas. We ask that You would guide their steps, open the right doors, and grant them favor with potential employers. Give them wisdom and discernment as they navigate this process, and help them to trust in Your timing and provision in Jesus' name.
We pray that you will be established in a job that will be to your liking and that will glorify the Lord and God. We pray that you will be a light in the nursing field, providing compassionate care to your patients and being a testimony to your coworkers.
Father, we also pray that this year will be good, filled with your loving kindness. Give Droyport a heart of gratitude, and help them to see Your hand at work in their life in Jesus' name. We thank You for Your faithfulness and love.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, Droyport. God is with you, and He is faithful. He has promised in His word: "I will never leave you, nor forsake you" (Hebrews 13:5 WEB). Stand firm in your faith, and watch as God makes a way for you. We are here with you, praying and believing for God's best in your life.
