Nowadays people are not as smart as in the past so the problem is I sometimes call a company to ask a simple question and they're dumbfounded and lead me on a runaround and I have to play "teach the retard" to make them understand my simple question. THAT'S IF you get a person at all these days, usually a machine!!!
